As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Renera, Inc., Mr. Fiala leverages his deep understanding of integrated, performance-based strategies to build and elevate brands while driving measurable outcomes. His vision will be instrumental to the success of the Salvaged Lumber Warehouse initiative, aligning sustainable goals with impactful marketing solutions.

Bill Ware has developed full stack applications using client-server and web technologies to deliver n-tier software solutions for private and public institutions. Application domains include finance, IT service, computer hardware validation, and public health care. With a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems and over 25 years of hands-on experience creating and implementing software applications on-premise and in the cloud for Intel Corporation and the State of California, Bill has demonstrated the ability to deliver software applications and solve problems in timely and accurate manner.

With over a decade of experience in marketing, advocacy & impact, community-building, and creative problem-solving, and having recently combined all of these multi-faceted skills for a 4 billion-dollar valued unicorn productivity software startup and an innovative maintenance asset management software company, Hayley is constantly working towards building a better, more sustainable future for people and the planet.
